Privacy Policy

Last updated July 20, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information Ataris collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. Ataris is built so that your prompts, responses, context, and inference never leave your environment — the control plane processes metadata only.

1. Information we collect

Account information you provide, such as your name, email, and organization.

Operational metadata from your deployments — policy, model catalog, usage counts, and health — used to manage the Services. We do not receive your prompts, responses, or inference content.

Basic website analytics, such as pages visited and general device information.

2. How we use information

To provide, secure, and improve the Services; to communicate with you; to process billing; and to comply with legal obligations.

3. What we don’t process

Inference stays inside your environment. Prompts, model outputs, organizational context, and retrieved knowledge are not sent to or stored by the Ataris control plane.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Services, or where required by law.

5. Data retention

We retain account and operational metadata for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services and meet legal requirements.

6. Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Contact us to exercise these rights.

8. Contact
