1. Use of the Services

You may use the Services only in compliance with these terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for your account, your configuration, and all activity that occurs under your credentials.

Ataris deploys inside your own environment; you remain responsible for the security, availability, and lawful operation of the infrastructure you control.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your API keys and access tokens.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to disrupt them, reverse engineer them except as permitted by law, or use them to violate the rights of others.

4. Fees

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing in effect when you subscribe. Usage-based charges are billed in arrears. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Intellectual property

Ataris and its licensors retain all rights in the Services and related software and documentation. You retain all rights in your data and your organizational content.

6. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ataris will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.
